What makes your run a 10? (Read 805 times)

After reading your story, I've never had a 10 either. I've had some 9's in the upper penninsula of MI, and some high 8's while running in the rain here in KY, but never a true 10. I've probably ran 16,000 miles in my 13 years of running and I know every crack in every street throughout the city and county. The only way to get a true 10 is to run somewhere else. I do enjoy every run I do however, but they aren't 10's. Wink

At the end of the day, be happy with where you are and what you've accomplished.
