Or is this the purpose of the "new event" entry? I'm thinking of how I want to track my cross-training this Winter and there isn't really anything for general non-running aerobic work (like kickboxing or other high intensity indoor aerobic work). k

Try: Options --> My Log Preferences --> Other Workouts and fill in your other workout type (you can even pick the color!)

Ooh, cool...but does that require a mileage entry? k

I think you can leave it blank.

So it would show on my calendar in some way, I would assume...just not the graph thingy. k

            eric :)

Only the date field is required. You can leave everything else blank. It'll appear on your monthly calendar, as well as your list of workouts and the summary page. You won't be able to graph it for now. That will be corrected soon. eric Smile

Oh, cool! So how will something like that (without any sort of mileage measurement) show on the graph in the future? k

                eric :)

They won't appear on the mileage graph. But in the future, you can create your own graph, so you can potentially have it show the amount of time spent doing it.
