Last night I was thinking it would be kinda cool if we were notified a bit in advance of hitting major mileage milestones...so that we can appropriately plan to celebrate with ice cream or beer or new shoes or jersey or something.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.
