| I try to run 3-4 times/week. My long runs are 10-13 miles. My other runs are typically 3-4 miles of intervals with the club, one tempo run of 5-7 miles. If I run a 4th time in the week, it is a recovery run of 4-5 miles so, yes, the long run is typically 50% of my mileage and I'm pleased with how that works out. |
