That shoe and this one should have baby shoes: (the true color of that shoe is MUCH more intense than the photo would suggest, too).

I dye mine. With mud. As soon as possible. I can't stand the look of gleaming-white, spanking-new shoes.

I can't imagine this would be a good idea - it might cause additional wear on your shoes and make the mesh part less breathable
