God Bless Toe Taps!!!!! (Read 597 times)

    My shins have been killing me on my last two runs. So bad that I had to stop and walk parts of them and they were by no means fast or long. Well I had read about toe taps and tried them before and they really didn't work. Well today at lunch I remembered that I wanted to give them at try and did so for the rest of the day. Well I just got home from a quick (for me, 8:24/mi) 2 mile run and my shins told me that they love me for doing the toe taps......NO PAIN AT ALL. Thank you for whoever posted and figured out that they help with shin splints Big grin
    2009 Goals...:
    -run more miles than 2008

    -build base to train for 2010 Rome Marathon

      Toe taps will strengthen your lower leg, keep the blood flowing, and make you more resistant to shin splints. Congrats, keep doing them...everyday. Victor
