Half Right After 10K? (Read 266 times)

    So I'm just interested in some advice out there on how I'll do...I just realized I scheduled a 10K April 18th and then a Half Marathon May 1st. I run about 40mpw. Do you think I'll be alright?

      No problem!  That 10k will be an awesome speed workout in preparation for the HM.  Just take it easy for a few days after the 10k as you recover...easy miles, no intense workouts for a few days.

      • gain proficiency @ CX mounts and dismounts (ie stop leap-frogging w/people who ride slower after every obstacle -- finish further up the field)
