I don't know how many on here have noticed this fund raising run underway at the moment, but it sure is worth a look. I thought I would help promote Sam as he has been to understated in my opinion.

Sam Boatwright is running around the coast of GB, 50 miles a day for 50 days. hes on the homeward path now but could do with more donations and words of support to help him back. If any one can understand the enormity of this, it's the running community.
