Hi,
I was interested in joining the Bay Area Runners group but am asked for a password since it's private (but there is only one member). ??  Can anyone join private groups or is a special invite needed? any hints? help? special passwords? xyzzy.

| Eric, it would be great if there were a way to message / email the group owner for private groups to request membership. This is becoming a more and more common request it seems. |

| xyzzy... That's classic! I have no idea why people create regional groups but make them private. I need to create a private messaging system. It's in the works but need to wait until I complete other more important tasks first. |
