Black-Toe-Nailed
Yeah!!!! I first PRed in Egmond in January with a minimum of training and almost without noticing. It was 1:39:whatever
A second PR two weeks ago in the Utrecht Jaarbeurs Marathon with an unexpected 3:21:57
And I decided to give my best in this last race of my season despite warnings against it from friends and people in some forums. 42:28, far from the 40:00 I was aiming at. But besides a cramp in the last 2 miles I haven't broken anything nor did I need oxygen or surgery but a plate full of fries, Belgian style, with fine cut onion.
Te morale of the story: Dunno, but I deserved two full weeks of laziness and excessive indulgence stuffing my face with anything that comes close to me. Wooooooooooo!!!! (don't ask what this means, I have no idea)
