Warm Up/Cool Down? (Read 769 times)

    how do i get the run entries that say warm up or cool down? I only see easy...

      Click the "Options" link in the upper right hand corner, then "My Log Preferences," the click "Running" next to "Workout Types." You can add your own custom workout types and you can change the colors for your workouts. Have fun! Nice running you're doing!! Big grin
