Hello yes!
AFTER many minutes and times of looking around i found the route to make my running log a public.
I am sorry for the time? i do not know the word, it was late? delay perhaps.
Thank you community for your greeting! |

Joseph,
If people are not friendly with you it is because they don't believe that you are really Joseph Kipchirir from Kenya. Although I can't know for sure either, I will assume that you are.
Of course we are all in awe of the Kenyan runners. I hope I haven't confused you. Maybe it would be a good lesson to find out the meaning of what I just said.
>I am sorry for the time...delay perhaps. Yes, "delay" is a better word here.
Welcome!

If you look at his runs and paces in his log......it very well could be....geez, that's fast

Hi Joseph, Where in Kenya do you live? I visited there a long time ago and found it an absolutely beautiful country. I hope you and your family have been alright given the recent unrest.

A 2:23 marathon would be an easy run for Joseph. That last tempo run was 2:08 pace.

Joseph,
I am AMAZED! by your running! I would be more than happy to chat with you and help you learn English.
In return, maybe you can share some of your running knowledge with all of us.
How long have you ran? How old are you? When are you going to compete in a major race? When I search your name I only see mention on Running Ahead. I assumed with the times you are running in your log, you would be well known internationally.
I have never before been so privileged to talk to such an amazing, gifted runner. Please share more.
