freiberg's disease (Read 82 times)

Hi all

I'm hoping some of you can give me advice on Freidberg's Disease. I have been diagnosed with it today after a MRI scan. The consultant mentioned it might be an advantage to stop running for a while, but as you might guess this is pretty hard to do! I have three options offered to me by the consultant which involve surgery or prosthetic insoles. I am going ahead with the insoles to see how that goes.

Has anyone suffered from this? and if so what did you do to aid recovery?
