Sometimes it's just getting out the door (I know, not what you wanted to hear), sometimes it's stopping! Lynn B
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
Poor baby
Hardest part of a run? Stopping. Of course.

The first couple of miles, absolutely. It takes at least 2-3 miles before I feel like I'm in the groove, found my pace, breathing, etc. .... maybe that's why I'm such a horrible 5Ker?

"I've been following Eddy's improvement over the last two years on this site, and it's been pretty dang solid. Sure the weekly mileage has been up and down, but over the long haul he's getting out the door and has turned himself into quite a runner. He's only now just figuring out his potential. Consistency in running is measured in years, not weeks. And over the last couple of years, Eddy's made great strides" Jeff 14 Jan 2009
Pretty much the same for me. The first 2 miles are sometimes that hard you fel like you dont want to carry on. But it is all worth it when you get in the groove
