Most of my intervals are some combination of sets 5x1200 or 4x(800,400).
What I'd like to see is an easier way to enter these. Right now it is one row at a time and we need to enter pace and distance.
If I could just have a copy button along with the save edit and delete button that creates a new row and defaults the distance and pace it would make the entry much easier.
A more complex implementation would allow you to select several rows and copy them all which would help entering sets of intervals. Though I'd be happy with just the one row copy.
