I joined the 100 push up group and then was told I wasn't allowed to do it due to my injuries. So, how does someone un-join a group?
thanks |

While in the group, click on Options on the left hand side, then click on Leave Group.

Thanks very much.
The injuries are such that I can't do lots of push ups - worn rotator cuff and some (well two) very tender wrists. Still good for the running thing.
Thanks again. |

No problem. I know from experience that rotator cuff injuries are quite painful. I managed to work through mine over roughly 18 months without surgery (but lots of wicked strength work). I hope you find a "cure" for you.
