Not a dumb question, only dumb people trying to answer it. Tongue

On the training log page in the upper left, it says "New run entry". Click on the arrow next to that, and you will see a drop down menu with other typical cross-training activities (cycling, swimming, strength, elliptical, etc.)

What are you doing?

If you want cross training other than elliptical, biking and swiiming, you can add your own too:

Click Options, then My Log Preferences, then Other Workout types.

MTA: Nevermind, I see you already figured that out. Guess that would make this a dumb answer Blush
