The last time I ran was July, 11, 2011.  I have let myself go (life got in the way) and now I have to start all over.  Please keep me in your thoughts.

    day after day sameness

The hardest step each day is the first one out the door; take that one and you're all set from there...

Choosing my words carefully has never been my strength I've been known to be vague and often pointless

Should it be " You've always been in my thoughts, and always will" ?

              Does that flow better?
