Has anyone run the X-Terra Mission George?

I'm hoping to get some insight regarding the course. I'm not sure what to expect. The map provided isn't clear. What's the 1000 steps? I'd like to run all or part of the course once if I can figure it out. I'd appreciate any insights. |
