did just bought this today (he purchased a nice HP set-up with a H-UGE 24" widescreen HD monitor a couple of weeks ago). Should I be prepared to entertain myself all weekend...? Should I start reminding him that my computer is almost 3 and has a teeny, crappy 19" CRT?
Speaking of Doom 3...one of the artists (Andy Chang) was a HS buddy of his and stood up in our wedding. So if did becomes addicted to the game I can bug Andy and place part of the blame on his shoulders...

| Ha...I remember when it first came out there were videos of people playing it on YouTube...randomly jumping and screaming. If he starts doing that shit I'm turning off his computer and making him go for a bike ride. |

New game = lots of hours at computer.  At least during the first week or two after buying it.
I've been wanting one of those large LCDs for my computer but I need more running clothes and shoes before that happens.  |

| Ha, when I first started playing the SIMS I could spend DAYS on that game...hardly ate, hardly slept, pretty much just left the puter to pee or shower. I got bored with it pretty quickly, though. |
