Hi there! I'll be in Phoenix this weekend for work and need to get make sure to get a few runs in while I'm there. I can't wait to take advantage of your beautiful weather!! I'm staying at the Arizona Biltmore Resort on East Missouri Road and need some advice on routes. I have to get in two 5 mile runs and my weekly long run of 10 miles. Anyone have suggestions on where to run?
Thanks! Sara |

Since you're staying in Central Phoenix, you'll have pretty easy access to the canal system. That is always a good place to start.

or
This site has a bunch of different paths/trails/etc. that are pedestrian friendly:

Also, you can visit South Mountain Park and get in some trail running if that interests you. |

| Thanks! I'll definitely check them out. I've never done any trail running, but I'm interested. And this'll give me a great opportunity to use my new 305 to track my runs. |

For what it's worth, there is an unpaved road in South Mountain Park (it leads to all the trails) that would be good for running.
Garmins awesome. I have a 201 and do every single run with it. |
