Hi there! I'll be in Phoenix this weekend for work and need to get make sure to get a few runs in while I'm there. I can't wait to take advantage of your beautiful weather!! I'm staying at the Arizona Biltmore Resort on East Missouri Road and need some advice on routes. I have to get in two 5 mile runs and my weekly long run of 10 miles. Anyone have suggestions on where to run?

Thanks!
Sara

Since you're staying in Central Phoenix, you'll have pretty easy access to the canal system. That is always a good place to start.

or

This site has a bunch of different paths/trails/etc. that are pedestrian friendly:

Also, you can visit South Mountain Park and get in some trail running if that interests you.

Thanks! I'll definitely check them out. I've never done any trail running, but I'm interested. And this'll give me a great opportunity to use my new 305 to track my runs.

For what it's worth, there is an unpaved road in South Mountain Park (it leads to all the trails) that would be good for running.

Garmins awesome. I have a 201 and do every single run with it.
