Forums >Look What I Can Do!>Just improved my best time by 30sec in a single run
So the legs was good today - really good.
I am currently (still) in a startup phase, since I haven't been running for a few years. I am running 4,4km 2-3 times a week (have been a bit up and down theese first week due to a filled schedule)
The first time I ran my route, I got in a 26:09 (pace 5:57/km), and today I just got home from that same route on 24:22 (pace 5:27/km) - best time until today was 24:53.
I am pretty extatic about that - in under 4 weeks I have improved by almost 2 minuttes, and increased my pace by 30sec.
I have been running before, and I think that fact is part of the fast improve.
Just wanted to share the great achievement (for me at least)
Well done!
It`s nice to see the improvement, but remember you are not racing your previous times on each run, it is better to be patient and work on gradually incresing distance at a slower pace.
