Garmin 405 beep (Read 530 times)

I am running as a pacer in this weekends Great Bay half marathon (New Hampshire). Anyone know how to turn off the per mile beep on a Garmin 450CX? I want to wear my Garmin to help me out in the early miles, but I don't want to distract anyone. Normally, I wouldn't worry about it, but as a pacer I thought it would be nice to turn it off.

I don't use the 405, but for most of the other Forerunner models, the setting is under Settings -> System -> Alert Tones.

I think it is under the auto lap function. Not sure where but somewhere under settings
