I am looking for some really, really, really inexpensive novelty gifts for runners (the funnier the better) as "awards" for crazy runner categories. Any suggestions on where I could find such novelties?

As an aside: One of the most fun awards I've seen was a pipe cleaner shaped into a runner, mounted on top of a small chunk of wood.
