Ok, here is my new time killer. On google maps, I goto the "street view" and try and find people running. Yeah, I'm quite bored....

If you have never looked at google's street view it is really cool, but at the same time really scary!

How do you screen capture like that? Another challenge would be to find yourself in there. Out and about, or running, even!, not just parked in your own driveway. I saw the truck with the cameras go by once last year, but when I checked that spot on Street View just now, I was not there.

Easy Screen Capture>

Alt+PrintScreen that copies to memory. Then just open up MSPaint or whatever and just paste it into the application. Save and you're done.

If you're running windows, you should give hoversnap(It's free) a try.
09-20 Tour Des Fleurs 10k (20k)
Focus on breaking 1000 miles for the year.
22:00-23:00 for 5K (maybe)
