... why do you ask?
After the minor thread diversion, I ordered a unicycle. My wife just rolled her eyes. Countdown to face plant - 3, 2, 1.
Anyone have any pointers?
It's not the heat, it's the stupidity.
When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

Nice. Dumbass.
Yes, I do "run in this." So should you. The weather is never as bad as it seems from behind your office or car window.

That will be no good for du/triathlons because you can't attach clip on aero bars?
I still have the helmet from when the kids got me a skateboard a few christmases ago.
I'm sure it will be easy to convince my wife to take video. You will not be able to hear me cry in pain though, because her she will be laughing too loudly.
Holy crap! I stand corrected. I wonder how fast that goes. The next thing your going to tell me is that it has multiple gears.
Some are, yes. I think some of the larger wheeled ones, if set up properly, can go just over 20 mph.
I just ordered a decent beginner one to get started, but I was amazed at what's out there and what people are doing on one wheel.

Like this guy.
But can you use it indoors on the trainer?
No idea. If I get that addicted to it, I'll just ride it on the treadmill.
Now THAT I would pay good money to see!
