| I'm not familiar with the encroachment of the president of Uzbekistan but in the NFL that's only a 5 yard penalty. It seems to be not needed in describing how bad this person is. It's rather like adding in a long description of the evils of Adolph Hitler that the Fuhrer once stiffed a waiter of a tip. |

| I thought for sure it was going to mention that he was going to begin transferring his wealth and needed your help. Yes, for a small fee, and your bank account number, he would share some of his money with you as a "helper's fee" in getting his money into the U.S. where it would be safe. |
