Heavensbornangel

After having knee pains and issues over the last couple of years; i've finally been able to start running again. the last few weeks i've been working on my run and yesterday i was able to run my first 5K in forever. it took me awhile, but it's a starting point. i was very proud, and no knee complaints! Big grin
Great job .... Keep up the good work!
"It's supposed to be hard. If it wasn't hard, everyone would do it. The hard... is what makes it Great!
Congratulations - having been through knee and ITB issues I know how great it can feel to run a race and not have them act up.

Congrats on the achievement! These are the things that motivate you to keep at it. Great job.

Just because running is simple does not mean it is easy.
