At my college graduation:



Now/ recently ... 2 marathons, 3 half marathons, 1 10 miler, and dozens of 10Ks and 5Ks later:

Good job! Isn't it amazing how with goals like marathons, 5k, 10k's fitness becomes a byproduct. A great one at that.

    wow! great thread! Kirsten I was stunned when I saw your before photos too. Amazing work. I am excited that running can do so much to help weight and even the amount of time that you can drop off of your pace. I was worried that I would always be a slow poke Smile
