Paul and everyone else - these pictures are incredible.........I love this string more then all the others....makes me positive that I can loose the 25 lbs that I need to drop.......JohnA
Goals: Mileage up to 30MPW (Currently at 22 MPW Average)
Weight to 135 (currently 150) - but down from 165
5K in less then 27:00 ( Ran my last 5k in 27:00 FLAT, which was a MAJOR disappointment - Now I'm working very hard to improve this 5K time)
