                          Not really. I'd tried abortively to start running a few times, but it never really clicked until about 6 years ago, after I'd already lost the weight.

                            BHearn - awesome.

                             

                            Slowbutsteady?  Oh. My. God.  You are truly amazing.  (and hot).  I wouldn't worry about the last few pounds.... speaking for most of the guys on here.... what an incredible transformation.  Well done.
