More Cowbell!
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

It didn't hurt that it was overcast or an unseasonably cool 81°F either!

Ahhh...you have the one with the HRM. Not sure I would spring for that model--I don't know that I have any interest in tracking that.
Prophet!
1) making sure you don't go too fast on days that are supposed to be easy (recovery runs, easy runs during taper) 2) helping you push on days you are supposed to go fast.
Plus, I'm an engineer. I love data.
Passion is a rather frightening thing because if you have passion you don't know where it will take you.
When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?

Real happy with my run today at lunchtime. Got out and did a 20 minute tempo run (plus 1.5 mi up, 1.25 down) and for the first time all year since I re-re-re-re-re-re-started running, I managed to run outside of my comfort zone the whole time w/o stopping or slowing down. It didn't hurt that it was overcast or an unseasonably cool 81°F either!
