Brief introduction: I'm past the beginning stage of running, but still on distances of between 3 and 5 miles. I'm currently building up my stamina and strength after the birth of my baby 8 months ago. I just joined here a few days ago.
About 8 weeks ago, I was running along and out of nowhere, my right foot collapsed and I landed on my caboose. There was no pain...nothing. I didn't land in a hole or anything.
I took a few days off. My tailbone is still recovering.
My right foot just has "oddities" that I don't know what to do about. Every few days it will feel sort of wobbly. Yesterday, I ran nearly 4 miles and the last 1/4 mile my third toe was burning and tingling.
What gives? I've changed shoes. I've only ran about 20 miiles on this new pair. However, if I'm going to continue to have problems increasing mileage, I've got to figure out what to do.
I never had any problems before the baby. However, I also was about at this level then when I slowed down because of pregnancy.
