New Haven 20k, A great race (Read 368 times)

Anybody did the New Haven 20k today. It was my first time doing a longer distance than a 10k and it was great. A band every mile or so, the water stations were great and the organization overall was great as well. Thumbs up to e New Haven 20k 2008 Patarch1

200 mile bike trip in three days with sleeping gear and change.

Get the Saturday running club back up.

Run below 8 minutes per mile for 6 miles.

I haven't run it for years, but it's a very fun race. One of these years I gotta get back down for it...

I think I ran it last in 2000. I agree, it's a very nice race.
