Guitard makes fantastic >90% varieties. So freaking smooth. Not bitter, not sweet just delish. But I cant find it in my store anymore.

I will grant that 85% is a little bit bitter but I like it. I prefer 85% to 70% but will enjoy either. Milk chocolate tastes like cocoa powder stirred in butter and hardened into a solid. Yuck. Some people cannot stand to eat 70%+. More for me. Your tastes may varry.
