    How do I get it to graph and count (time / distance) for walking and biking?

      You'll want to go to your log and use the Reports.  Make a new Graph which has the attributes (activities, dates, etc) you want.  Then save it and it's yours to use.  In summary:

       

      Training Log -> Reports -> New Graph (or New Report) -> fill out selection/filters (which activity, which dates, group by)  -> click Graph (Report)

      Choosing my words carefully has never been my strength I've been known to be vague and often pointless
