Strides , During or after your run ? (Read 157 times)

    Thanks for everyone's responses. I think my not liking the strides during the run has more to do with my current fitness level.

    Gonna try and do them once a week to get my legs going while getting back in shape.

     

    Strides are not suppose to be taxing.   If they are, try going a shorter amount of time, and/or not going as fast, and jog between reps until your breathing is under control.

      I have done them both ways.  It really doesn't matter.
