I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

I've got a fever...
Its the rate your heart beats when you're at rest. But that's not important right now.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
I "strapped up" for bedtime one night, and hit record. My heart rate went as low as 38 while I was sleeping. There were some interesting spikes, probably from dreaming/tossing and turning. It is in the low to mid 40's laying flat one my back resting.

I did this Saturday night. Unfortunately I can't locate my Garmin right now to get the results. I woke up in the middle of the night, took it off, and put it on my night stand. My wife "picked it up" for me and said she put it in my gym bag. Now, I can't find it. I have a feeling one of my dogs got a hold of it.
