Soliciting Feedback - What was your experience, good or bad with cortisone injection(s) for Plantar Fasciitis? (Read 353 times)

As discussed in two previous messages, I've been suffering from PF for several months now (~6 months). I've tried my best to stick to the recommended self treatment plan (stretching, icing, alternative workouts etc.) My frustration level has now reached a point where I'm contemplating getting a cortisone injection. Would appreciate feedback (good or bad) from anyone who has had the injection(s)... Thanks!!! Tom
