linking RunningAhead with Running Wizard (Read 109 times)

Hello eric I just signed up for a running wizard training plan, and when I tried to link it up with my runningahead account I got the following error message: "This authorize request is malformed. Your request cannot be completed." 

This was on the first step where you enter your birth date and metric/standard preferences. Should I be doing something differently? 

EDITED: I originally said this wasn't a big problem, but it actually is because I cannot get past this first step on running wizard! It tells me that the email address already exists on runningahead.com and asks "do you already have a runningahead account." Help!!
