How do you add types of runs to the graph besides the defaults? (Read 573 times)

    I know this isnt a running question. Did not know where to ask it. I see many people have graphs that have medium, hard, or other personalized categories for their runs. How do I add these to mine? Thanks.

      Hi, you can find the answer in the Help page.
        Go to options -> My Log preferences and click 'Running' next to 'workout Types'. That's where you can add customized runs.
