I never really timed it by itself when I started but I think it was probably 12 something or longer. Today I did it and its 9:45

That's a huge improvement.

Were you smoked at that pace or was that something you could hold for a 5K?

Pretty soon we'll be hearing you talk about wanting to run a 4 hour marathon.

Still really cool. As you build your base back up a bit, that might be a good pace for some interval/tempo work to get used to running just a bit faster and help you get to your 5 hour pace goal.
