I noticed some people have warmup and cooldowns in their own category. How can I do this myself, I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

mdwstboarder, You can create your own run types, or even custom workout types following these steps: 1. Go to your Options page, which is located on the upper right hand corner of every page. 2. Click on "My Log Preferences" 3. Near the bottom is a list of workouts. Click on Running. 4. You're now at a page with some text boxes below the list of run types. Enter your own in these boxes. 5. Click "Save". You can create your own workouts such as yoga using these steps. Instead of click on Running, click on "Other workouts", and add yoga or whatever else you like in there. eric
