Single digit temps here in northern OH. Last year I ran a decent amount when the weather was like this, but this year I'm just not feeling the love.
So I did my 12 mile long run today on a freakin treadmill! My brain's a bit squishy so I can't tell if I'm a wimp for not going outside or a stud from racking up mileage like that on a TM.
