Trying to log both running and weight training (Read 496 times)

    I run and lift weights when I'm at the fire house. I can log the runs with no problems but I'm trying to figure out how to log the weight training also. In options, log preferences I see under other training, weights. How so I get to it and how do I log it?
      Ok, I figured out how to log my weight training. Is there a way to put it on the chart when I first log in?

        Right now it should automatically show up in your summary table as the number of times you have done weights per week/ month/year/total. But if you include the duration of your workout when you log your weight training you will be able to plot that with the new version of the log which is going to be released very soon.
