Best marathon training? (Read 1086 times)

    So, on the "speed with endurance" book, is it a good read as well (marathon physiology, etc...)?  If so, I would like to get a copy and read it.  Honestly, I have never heard of it.

    And I agree with what WC says about beginner plans such as Higdon Novice, etc... if your running history allows you to get away with a plan that has more mileage (specifically through the week, not just on Sunday ala Higdon) go with that plan.
