Enhanced Athletic Recovery Without Undermining Adaptation (Read 134 times)

    I've subscribed to Dr. Michael Greger's videos for some time now and sometimes the ones that come by pertain to exercise performance and recovery. Today's video is quite interesting. Something I'm sure Trent would agree with (eat plants!)

        I actually thought about this same issue a few times, if actually eating fruits and stuff that are supposed to help with inflammation etc will interfere with adaptation.  I think this the question quite nicely

            Interesting. Good thing I eat a ton of vegetables. Would have been more fun to watch/listen to were the man's voice not an unholy combination of whine and drone.
