Morning Constitutional (Read 1231 times)

Ostrich runner

This is a thread to post about your morning constitutional. It's fine to leave notes about consistency, pace, color, and texture. Any special thoughts this morning while moving? These threads are great motivation for people who might just need that little bit of extra oomph in the morning. I think you'll find we see a great mix of corn, spinach, and sesame seeds all mixed in with the general bulk of the posts. I hope this is the right place for this, otherwise I might just have to squat.

Are we using The Bristol Stool Scale over here? If so, I had a gorgeous 'Type 4' this morning.

That makes for reasonable shorthand, but I think people here appreciate descriptive prose. Still, that isn't to say that measurements like Courics aren't appropriate.

It's a good thing asparagus doesn't affect deuces the same.

Well, in that case-- It was an long, unbroken serpent, the hue of fallen oak leaves on a crisp October morning. It seemed to spring back to the exact shape of my intestines once safely in the bowl. It was completely odorless and wiping, to my delight, turned out to be optional. I've been charting my movements everyday since 1986 and today's is securely in my top 5%. Thank you for starting this thread, as I don't usually have an outlet to attention hoor my BMs.

It's late for it to be morning, but I'm sitting here with a huge mug of coffee. I made sure to get a mouthful of grounds in there for the end.

Wouldn't a "morning constitutional" be a morning walk not a morning shit? If so this thread is really sidetracked.

                        Oh roo roooo!

We have a big pile of beets left over from Thanksgiving that I am gradually consuming, as hub hates them.  Now THERE'S a vegetable that makes for memorable poop!

The first time I ate beets I was scared I am going to die (not really) until the cause hit me.

That last post is seriously the best I can do manners wise. I have some type of disorder where I have no manners.
