i just saw this even though you posted it 2 months ago.

Bear crawls. Good for the core. Sort of like running like a monkey but without the "ooo ooo" sounds.

Do you make "RAWR" sounds instead?

I'm thinking the ostrich. It's pretty damn fast. Not only can it run fast, it can win at t-ball. You should see it play soccer.

      rather be sprinting

He looks like he is having so much fun.  I think you might have to work on your tail-flicking technique to get the form right.

This reminds me of the video of the guy from Japan who spent 8 years learning how to run like a monkey & holds the world record for a human running on all fours.  Take a look:

Interesting.  I can't get over the silliness of the movement and feel like if he just stood up he could go faster...

Kind of makes me think about how sprinters start--they do actually start on all fours in the blocks.  But then they accelerate upwards.  Watching the start of a sprint is a lot like watching the Ascent of Man (https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTplj4y-T23irYdU5bgRsGDfG-tI4pjybadwCxspXzLkABL1vO3)
