310XT stuck at 100% charge

My 310XT is stuck on 100% charge. I've tried draining the battery completely, soft reset, and hard reset. Nothing works. When I drained the battery completely and put it back on the charger, it says 99%.

Has anyone successfully solved this problem? Is it about to die completely?

You have a Garmin with a unlimited battery life, and that's a problem?! Wink

After weeks of behaving like this, it finally started to work again today.
